- Introduction
By registering for the 2025 Virtual Relief Veterinary Conference (“the Conference”), you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your participation in the Conference and any related events, whether in-person or virtual.
- Registration and Participation
To attend the Conference, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration details and for all activities under your account. Payment must be received by Friday November 14 at 11:59PM EST in order to complete conference registration. I understand that my registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Use of Information
As part of the registration process, you may be asked to provide personal information, including but not limited to your name, email address, job title, organization, and demographic details (e.g., industry, role, location) (“Personal Information”).
By registering for the Conference, you consent to the following:
- Your email address and demographic information may be shared with our sponsors and partners for promotional purposes related to the Conference.
- The unsubscribe instructions are in any communication sent to you.
- Data Protection and Privacy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your Personal Information. We will handle your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

- Code of Conduct
Attendees must adhere to the Conference’s Code of Conduct, which promotes a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by Conference organizers may result in removal from the event without refund.
- Liability
While we take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and successful Conference, we are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property that may occur during the Conference.
- Changes to the Conference
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the Conference schedule, speakers, or other elements without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, attendees will be notified and provided with a refund or alternative arrangements.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Tennessee, and any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
- Agreement
By registering for and attending the Conference, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
